What do I do if a member has unsubscribed from e-mail?

To reinstate the e-mail of a parent who has unsubscribed simply: 

  1. Login to the core system
  2. Select admin
  3. Edit members
  4. Find by member (enter the forename or surname of the parent) and search
  5. Go to email status drop down and click ok to send
  6. Click “Save” at bottom of the page to confirm the changes.
  7. The parent will be re-established and for good measure a test email should be sent to them for peace of mind
