What do I do if a member has unsubscribed from e-mail?
To reinstate the e-mail of a parent who has unsubscribed simply:
- Login to the core system
- Select admin
- Edit members
- Find by member (enter the forename or surname of the parent) and search
- Go to email status drop down and click ok to send
- Click “Save” at bottom of the page to confirm the changes.
- The parent will be re-established and for good measure a test email should be sent to them for peace of mind
