Unforeseen circumstances may mean you occasionally need to cancel an upcoming sports match and inform parents at the same time. This can be done easily in advance, or if a match is called-off just before kick-off, the Sport Zone can be accessed anywhere, on any device with a web connection.

You may want to edit the wording on the team sheets you send out to parents, these details can be changed in the ‘Setup’ menu.

1. Ensure you are logged into the Staff Message Centre.

2. Click ‘Setup’ in the Sport Zone and click ‘Settings’ in the left-hand menu.

Updating match results keeps parents in the know, whilst also ensuring that an up-to-date record of key statistics, match reports and results is kept.  This information can then be easily exported from the Sport Zone for use at the end of the term.

1. Click ‘Fixtures’ in the Sport Zone on the ‘Dashboard’, and click ‘Export’ in the left-hand menu.

2. Select the specific fields you wish to export in the ‘Fields’ section, and if required customise the name of the field by entering an alias.
