What does this message mean, "Your concatenated text message balance is X. Please top up as soon as possible."?
If you have purchased the TextEnhanced messaging service there is a feature available which offers concatenated messages as an option.
Any messages which are over and above the standard 160 characters for a message are classed as concatenated text messages.
If a message exceeds 160 characters then a credit is deducted from your text pool balance.
We include 1000 credits each year when the service is renewed, if you use them up of course they would then need to be topped up. Your balance is displayed in the warning message in the Admin screen. If your balance falls to 0 then it will need to be topped up for the service to work again.
