What is the difference between a School Administrator and a School Manager?
Administrator
- Can run day to day admin tasks on the ClarionCall system
- Can promote people from members, to Club Official, to Manager
- Can send Text and Email messages using ClarionCall system to any Members of any Groups
- Can send Voice messages using their Mobile Phone to any Members of any Groups
- The Administrator can send to all groups and therefore will be presented with every Group within ClarionCall when sending a Voice Message
Manager:
- Can send Text and Email messages using ClarionCall system to Members of the Groups specified by an Administrator
- Can send Voice messages using their Mobile Phone to Members of Groups specified by an Administrator
- A Manager can send to Group(s) specified by an Administrator and therefore will only be presented with those authorised Group(s) when sending a Voice Message
